How can I return the goods if I do not like or like them?

If you are dissatisfied with an order or have ordered the wrong size, you can of course return it to us.
We grant you a right of return of 14 days from date of purchase plus return shipping costs.

CHANGE: Direct exchange is unfortunately not possible. We always refund the money and ask you to order again if you want to have a different size or style. We are of course working on a solution to make the exchange possible.
What is the procedure for returns?
Please fill in the GOODS RETURN BILL which you will receive from us by e-mail upon request to and enclose it with your return. If you want to return a package, the following conditions apply:
Domestic returns
Returns within Germany are at your expense and have to be paid by the sender.

Return shipments abroad
The shipping costs for returns from other European countries are to be paid by yourself. Please send the goods carefully packed to the following address:

How do I get my money back?
We will try to refund the purchase price of the returned goods as soon as possible, the average processing time is about 10 working days. If you have paid in advance, please give us your bank details when you cancel your order. For bank transfers abroad we need IBAN and BIC. If you pay via PayPal, the purchase amount will be credited to your PayPal account

How long is the warranty period?

The warranty period of our headwear is 24 months and begins with the delivery of the goods. Excluded are damages, which are due to natural wear and tear or improper use.
