Shipping in Germany

We deliver within Germany for 4.99 EUR. From a value of goods of 88 EUR we deliver free of charge.  For items that we have in stock and that are paid for by credit card, direct debit or PayPal, the delivery time after receipt of payment is approx. 1-5 working days. Otherwise 5-7 working days.

For orders paid in advance, the goods will be dispatched immediately after your payment has been credited to our account and will then also require an additional 1-3 working days.

Delivery to a PACKSTATION

Instead of the street name, please enter your PostNumber (multi-digit) and the number of the relevant PACKSTATION. Also the zip code and the name of the town where the PACKSTATION is located.

Shipping to other European countries

Within the EU, we will deliver your order within 3-8 working days. There are shipping costs and, in the event of a return, return costs.

Shipping costs for deliveries abroad within the EU:

- Zone 1: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Czech Republic, Cyprus: €13.99
- Zone 3: Iceland, Norway, San Marino: €30.00

Shipping costs for deliveries to Switzerland (zone 2):

- Shipping via our store 20 €

- For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend that you use the MeinEinkauf.ch service. All customs formalities and delivery to your doorstep will be taken care of by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. Register here at MeinEinkauf.ch.
